In this role, she is responsible for Headquarter’s financial health and growth. Much of her day is spent on project planning and implementation, manufacturer relations, vendor relations and negotiation, finance negotiation and lending source dealings. Judy also oversees the development and management of Headquarter Automotive’s senior management. She is an industry veteran with three decades of experience in the automotive sector. As such, Judy remains heavily involved in Headquarter Automotive’s operational leg.
Judy came to Headquarter Toyota in 1997 as Office Manager, after working at two Chevrolet dealers for 12 years. From there, Judy continued to earn promotions being that she is innovative and resourceful. In 2001, Judy was promoted to Controller; and in 2005, to Assistant General Manager due to her invaluable involvement in long-term planning, and in matters relating to the financial and operational sides of Headquarter Automotive.
Since then, Judy has been instrumental in expanding Headquarter.
Established in 2010, Headquarter Honda is our second largest dealership in the group.
Within its first three years of operation, the Clermont-based facility took control of owning approximately 20% market share, became—and continues to be—a leader in customer service, and was awarded the prestigious Honda President’s Award in 2013. In 2016, Headquarter Honda received its second President’s Award.
Additionally, Headquarter Honda is one of the most energy-efficient buildings in the world.
The 48,000 square-foot dealership is the first commercial building in Florida to earn the US Green Building Council’s (USCBC) highest ranking, receiving the organization’s official LEED Platinum certification.

Headquarter Toyota in Miami, Florida is our flagship dealership. Our store has been recognized as a top 1% Toyota dealer in the nation, top 20 Toyota volume dealer in the nation, and a leading Southeast Toyota dealer for more than 32 years. The dealership opened its doors in 1990, and it is a true turnaround story. Prior to our acquisition of the dealership, the store was one of the worst-ranking dealerships for customer service. Now, Headquarter Toyota is—and continues to be—one of the highest-ranking dealerships in the nation, continuously being recognized for customer service and retention, market share attainment, sales and service.

Headquarter Mazda is the newest member to the group. The LEED-certified dealership started operating in September 2016. Within its first year, the store has earned one of the best customer satisfaction ratings in the country. Headquarter Mazda continues to set new sales records every month.
Headquarter Hyundai is another exemplary Headquarter Automotive turnaround story. We purchased the existing underperforming Hyundai dealership in 2013 – at a time when the store was one of the worst performing dealerships in the state. Everything changed once we acquired the store. Under our first year of ownership, that Hyundai dealership had a breakout sales year in 2013. Since then, Headquarter Hyundai has lead the district in customer satisfaction.
Sales volume has also jumped, making Headquarter Hyundai one of the higher volume stores in the Orlando district.
We have constructed a new Hyundai state-of-the-art facility that upholds our pledge of one day being recognized as the most energy-efficient automotive dealer group in the nation. We developed and constructed a new facility which was completed in April 2019.
